If our technician finds a problem during your service, we use a simple colour-coded status report so you can quickly understand the condition of each component.

The component appears to be in satisfactory condition with no immediate concerns identified.
Wear or deterioration detected
Wear or deterioration is present but may not require immediate replacement. We recommend monitoring or planning future maintenance.
Action may be required
A safety concern, significant wear or fault has been identified. We will explain the issue and recommend the appropriate repair.
No work is carried out without your approval. We always discuss any additional repairs with you before carrying out any chargeable work.
