AmberMonitor

Wear or deterioration detected

Wear or deterioration is present but may not require immediate replacement. We recommend monitoring or planning future maintenance.

RedAttention

Action may be required

A safety concern, significant wear or fault has been identified. We will explain the issue and recommend the appropriate repair.

No work is carried out without your approval. We always discuss any additional repairs with you before carrying out any chargeable work.
